Entrepreneurs with ADHD (EswithADHD.com), LLC, was first conceptualized in 2001, when Dr. Shane Perrault went to work for Personnel Decisions International (PDI) as a Trainer, Coach and Assessment Center Evaluator specializing in business leaders with ADHD.
In 2004, we transitioned into a full service coaching, consulting, assessment and training firm and have provided specialized services to countless entrepreneurs, police and firemen, small to midsized companies with leaders with ADHD in the Metro DC, Maryland and Virginia area.

Hi! I am Shane Perrault, founder of Entrepreneurs with ADHD, LLC.
Over the last 15 years, it has been my good fortune to roll up my sleeves and get “in the trenches” with many gifted students, business leaders, and entrepreneurs to discover their secret genius.
My personal experience with ADHD, leadership training and entrepreneurship fuels my desire to serve business leaders. During graduate school, I discovered I had ADHD. After an assessment, I set about the difficult task of learning how to tap in to my strengths and leverage them to overcome my limitations.
Graduating with honors, I became my first client.
To help you become successful, I take a giftedness, ”strength-based” approach to assessing and coaching clients with ADHD. This approach was developed through my educational experiences at the Johns Hopkins Medical Center, the Baltimore VA Medical Center and the Ohio State University. Several important certifications I hold have also influenced me, including Guerrilla Marketing coaching, Play Attention (TM) provider, Hypnotism and NLP, Dale Carnegie Courses and the Profiler(TM) .
I have had great success helping clients with ADHD in the areas of business leadership, marketing, sales, strategic planning, business development, strategic alliance development and training. Together, we have put in place step-by-step, time tested tactics and strategies to harness their creativity, and I look forward to partnering with you to do the same.
